Late checkout can make a departure day more comfortable, but it is not guaranteed. Resorts may need the room for arriving guests or may limit extensions during busy periods.
Ask before departure morning
Contact reception one or two days before checkout and confirm the latest possible time, the fee and the payment method.
Get clear confirmation
Ask for a written note, receipt or message showing the approved time. Confirm whether wristbands, meals, drinks and beach access remain included after standard checkout.

Use luggage storage carefully
