Protect the towel card
Treat a towel card like a room key. Keep it dry, do not leave it unattended and report it immediately if it disappears.
Do not leave towels overnight
Unattended towels can be removed by staff or taken by mistake. Return them before the counter closes whenever possible.
Bring a backup
A compact quick-drying towel can help during excursions, delayed exchanges or unexpected shortages.
