Yes, currently. Canada Post’s international service-availability table lists Parcels (Air) and Parcels (Surface) to Cuba as available, while Priority Worldwide is listed as unavailable. Service availability can change, so verify Cuba again immediately before mailing.

- International shipments leaving Canada require the proper customs documentation for the service, contents and destination.

- Canada Post says the destination country name must be written in full on the last line of an international address. For this shipment, the final line should be CUBA.
