How long does it take to travel from Varadero to Havana?

Allow roughly 2 to 3 hours each way, depending on your departure point, traffic, stops, vehicle condition and fuel availability. With sightseeing and breaks, a same-day return can easily become a 10- to 14-hour day. These are practical estimates, not guaranteed schedules.
