For hotels , some appear with their old name . For example, the Roc Arenas Doradas appears under Arenas Doradas. The Be Live Experience Varadero appears under the name Villa Cuba. Sol Varadero Beach appears under the name Sirenis Coral (Sol Varadero Beach is the former Sirenis part of Sirenis Coral). The Muthu Playa Varadero probably appears under the name Playa del Oro Varadero. The Playa VIsta Azul could appear under the name Ocean Playa Azul. Valentin El Patrica could appear under the name Ocean El Patriarca.

“Cuba updates entry requirements as of January 1, 2022
To facilitate and speed up check-in at the Cuban airport, the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Tourism of Cuba are implementing a NEW FORM to provide advance information before entering and leaving Cuba.
Travelers can log in to: https://www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu to access this new form.
Previously, customers received these forms on board, but as of January 1, 2022, paper copies of the following documents will no longer be available:
International boarding and disembarkation card Customs declaration form Traveler's health certificate
All travelers must provide information online within 48 hours of departing for Cuba. Once you provide it, you will receive a QR code by email. You must present an electronic or printed version of the QR code to authorities upon arrival.
“There is no doubt that this is a way to improve the traveler experience at the airport and speed up procedures at different points of entry. advice,” explains Lessner Gómez, director of the Cuban Tourism Office in Canada.
Cuba has made entry into the country easier, eliminating quarantine and the PCR test on arrival.
From now on, incoming travelers must present their valid passport, their tourist card (included), their Covid 19 health insurance

The name of Varadero airport is Juan Gualberto Gómez Airport.
For Canadians, it is preferable to choose "vaccination" (see small blue square). By choosing this option, the gray boxes under "Test PCR-RT" will not be accessible and you do not have to write anything there even if you also have a negative PCR. It's one or the other.
