Coconut granita

    300 g coconut milk
    200 g of water
    100 g of sugar
    40 g of rum

Here is an original and succulent granita recipe. This is a coconut granita with alcohol. Indeed, this recipe contains coconut milk but also rum in order to enhance the general taste of the mixture. Know that this recipe will be perfect for your long summer evenings. Half cocktail and half smoothie, this granita will delight your taste buds but also those of your guests. If you want to make this recipe for your children, it's possible, you just need to remove the dose of rum and that's it! Good tasting !

Mix all the ingredients in a deep dish and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally with a fork.

Serve well chilled.
