When you board the bus to your hotel, the driver will provide you with a document containing the name of your tour operator representative, their phone number, and the date and time of your information meeting.
This meeting can take place the same day or the next day. If this is your first time in Varadero, I highly recommend attending. If not, make sure to look for the binder!
At this meeting, the representative will provide you with a wealth of information, introduce you to the tours available, and answer any questions you may have. They will show you a binder, marked with your tour operator's logo, usually indicating where you can find it. The binder is on a table near the reception, among about ten others, so it is easy to spot. This binder contains details about your hotel, Varadero, possible tours, and other useful information.
Check Regularly
If there is important information that needs to be communicated to you by the tour operator, it is often placed on the first page of this binder.
A flight may be delayed, affecting the departure time of the bus to the airport. The phone numbers at the bottom of this page may also be useful.
Even without changes, this page indicates the departure times of the various flights for the week and, very importantly, the time at which the bus will pass your hotel.
