5 cl of Legendario Añejo Blanco Rum or Legendario Carta Blanca Superior Rum 12 cl of cranberry juice Red fruits (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.) Crushed ice Slice of lime (Optional)

Préparation

1. Put some red fruits in the bottom of the glass and leave to macerate. 2. Pour the Legendario Añejo Blanco Rum. 3. Add crushed ice on top and stir. 4. Complete with the cranberry juice and ice cubes. DECORATE: with some fruit and drops of lime.

BLUE HAWAII (legendario)

1 and 2/3 oz. by Legendario Elixir de Cuba
1 oz blue Curaçao
3 and 1/3 oz. orange juice
3 and 1/3 oz. pineapple juice
4 ice cubes

Préparation

1. Chill the Cocktail Glass. 2. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well for 30 seconds. 3. Serve the mixture obtained in a Cocktail Glass. DECORATE: with a slice of orange or a triangle of pineapple.

Cuba Supreme

Préparation

Ask the bartender to pour you a finger (or two hee hee hee!) of a good rum

Go take it somewhere where you can see the sea after sunset

and go to sleep to have good dreams!

Exceptional Caesar

Ingédients

45 ml (1 1/2 oz) dark rum 150 ml (5 oz) Clamato juice The juice of a lime wedge 1 dash of hot sauce 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce Horseradish to taste Ice cubes A lime wedge A sprig of celery

Préparation

In a highball glass containing a few ice cubes, add all the ingredients, except the lime wedge and celery stalk. Stir using a mixing spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge and a celery stalk.

Legendary Mojito

5 cl of Legendario Añejo Blanco Rum or Legendario Carta Blanca Superior Rum 2 tablespoons of white or cane sugar 4-8 mint leaves Juice of ½ lime or yellow lemon Crushed ice Soda

Préparation

1. Pour the sugar into the glass, then the lime or yellow juice and leave to macerate. 2. Add the mint leaves. The essence is found in the aroma released by the “tapped” leaf. 3. Add the Legendario Añejo Blanco Rum and let it macerate again. 4. Add ¾ ice cubes and mix. 5. Complete with the rest of the ice cubes and a little soda. DECORATE: with a blender and a sprig of mint.

FRUIT PUNCH (Legendario)

5 cl of Legendario Elixir de Cuba 4 cl of melon syrup Juice of ½ lime Juice of ¼ grapefruit Orange juice Crushed ice Zest of lime, orange or slice of grapefruit (optional)

Préparation

1. Shake all the ingredients in the shaker for 30 seconds. 2. Pass it through the filter over the glass filled with crushed ice. DECORATE: with a zest of lime, orange or slice of grapefruit.

Irresistible Cuban

45 ml (1 1/2 oz) dark rum 15 ml (1/2 oz) apricot liqueur 30 ml (1 oz) club soda 15 ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice 15 ml (1 /2 oz) apple juice 15 ml (1/2 oz) maple syrup, crushed ice cubes 3 slices of red apple

In an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes, pour the rum and apricot liqueur. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice and apple juice. Top with club soda. Stir using a mixing spoon. Garnish with 3 slices of red apple.

Irresistible Cuban

ALMOND EXPLOSION

1 and 2/3 oz. by Legendario Elixir de Cuba
2 drops of Angostura
1 oz almond syrup
2/3 oz. by Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 lime
Crushed ice

Préparation

1. Shake the ingredients in the shaker for 30 seconds. 2. Serve over crushed ice placed in the Cocktail Glass. DECORATE: with lime slices.

Mojito

Ingédients

1 oz 1/2 Havana club 3 years
1 tbsp cane sugar
2 fresh line quarter
A small mint bouquet
150 ml club soda

Préparation

Place lime sugar and mint at the bottom of the glass, crushed lightly with a pestle. Added rum and soda, stir and enjoy 😀

Spicy Havana

Ingédients

60 ml (2 oz) dark rum 30 ml (1 oz) almond liqueur 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice Ice cubes 1 lime zest 1 cinnamon stick

Préparation

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the rum, almond liqueur and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into a martini glass using an ice strainer. Garnish with a lime zest and a cinnamon stick.

Cuba Libre

Ingédients

45 ml (1 1/2 oz) white rum or amber rum 180 ml (6 oz) cola Ice cubes 1 lime wedge

Préparation

In a highball glass half filled with ice cubes, pour the rum. Top with the cola. Add a squeezed lime wedge. Stir using a mixing spoon. PRO TIP Serve a Cuba Libre Supreme by replacing the rum with peach and bourbon liqueur.
