Ingédients
1 ounce banana schnapps
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce of 151 proof rum
1 dash of grenadine syrup
3 ounces of orange juice
3 ounces of pineapple juice

Passion fruit mojito
Ingédients
1 ounce of lime juice
2 ounces passion fruit (pulp and seeds)
3 ounces club soda
1 ounce white rum or light rum
6 mint leaves
2 tablespoons of sugar
a handful of crushed ice
Extra lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish
Préparation
Crush the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice in a large glass.
Stir in the passion fruit, soda and rum.
Add crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

Pineapple Rum Punch
Ingédients
1 46 oz can pineapple juice
1 8 oz can pineapple treats
2 cups White Water Wave Hawaiian Punch
1 cup coconut rum
Lemon-lime soda to top it off and give it a little sparkle.
Optional toppings – Pineapple slices, maraschino cherries
Préparation
In a pitcher, pour the pineapple juice, pineapple treats, punch and rum together. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add the lemon-lime soda before serving. Optional, rim the glasses with honey and dip them in the toasted coconut.

Piña Colada
Ingédients
40 ml of white rum 20 ml of La Mauny VO amber rum 120 ml of pineapple juice 40 ml of coconut cream
Préparation
In a blender, pour the two rums and the pineapple juice, add ice cubes and blend until you obtain a homogeneous texture. Add the coconut cream and mix a little more. The Piña Colada is usually served in a fancy tumbler glass and may be decorated with a triangle and a pineapple leaf on a stick.
Tropical Slush
Ingédients
2 SunnyD bottles, 6.75 ounces, approx. 2 cups
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of ice
4 teaspoon of grenadine
garnish, cherries, mint and oranges
Préparation
Add the first six ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and icy.
Add 2 teaspoons of grenadine to each glass. Pour the drink into glasses.
Decorate and enjoy!
You can also add an alcohol that you enjoy of course!

1 frozen banana
2 ounces of rum
½ ounce Kahlua

Strawberry and mint mojito

La Canchanchara, a rum-based cocktail
Ingédients
50 ml of Havana Club 7 year old Rum 20 ml of honey syrup 20 ml of lime juice large ice cubes a slice of lime

Remarks

Angostura Bitters are found on the top shelf of the mixer aisle in most grocery store liquor aisles.
For a spicier cocktail, use spiced dark rum.
