▪︎1 to 2 ounces of white rum, light añejo or sugar cane brandy
▪︎Coconut water
▪︎Sugar and lemon juice to taste
▪︎Ice cubes
Préparation
It is a typical Cuban drink, very traditional throughout the island, prepared with brandy, lime juice, coconut water, sugar and ice cubes. This is a very refreshing cocktail, full of the most authentic Caribbean flavor.
Put a tablespoon of sugar, a squeeze of lime juice and enough coconut water in a mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds.
Serve the mixture in an open coconut, or in a large glass, add ice cubes and rum as desired, accompanied by a straw, and perhaps a few pieces of coconut white.
Drink without moderation.
Blue Someday Soon
Ingédients
1 oz Malibu Rum OR Sprite
¼ oz blue curaçao OR non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup
1 oz gin (optional)
1 ½ oz lime juice
¾ oz syrup
Lime slices and mint
Préparation
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice cubes.
Shake well until all ingredients are mixed.
Pour into a hurricane glass, then garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. Good tasting!
Classic Cuban Mojito

Ingredients :
5 fresh mint leaves
2 oz white rum OR Sprite
1 C. teaspoon of sugar
1 oz fresh lime juice
Crushed ice
Préparation
Combine the mint, rum/Sprite, lime juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker and gently mix in the mint. Then add the ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, add a few drops of soda and garnish with mint or lime.

Préparation
Fill a tube glass to the top with ice cubes. Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of white rum. Fill the glass with sparkling water and stir it gently. You can decorate it with half a lemon.
Pina colada
Ingédients
Ingredients for a glass:
• 12.5 cl of pineapple juice
• 5 cl of coconut cream
• 6 cl of white rum
• 5 or 6 ice cubes
Préparation
• Put the pineapple juice, rum and coconut cream in a blender.
• Add the ice cubes.
• Mix everything until the ice cubes are well mixed.
• Pour into the glass.
• Add a straw.
• Serve immediately
Daiquiri Hemingway
Ingédients
1 oz rum or fruit juice of your choice
2.5 oz grapefruit juice
A few drops of fresh lime juice
A few drops of simple syrup
Préparation
Combine all ingredients with plenty of ice in a martini shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge or cherry and enjoy!

Angostura (sometimes spelled Angustura) or Angostura aromatic bitters is a brown alcoholic beverage, with a strength of 44.7% vol., manufactured and marketed by House of Angostura. It is made from rum, gentian, orange peel, bitter substances and aromatics. It is a concentrate of essences, bitter type, used for cocktails, made in Trinidad1. The name Angostura refers to the town from which it originated, Angostura, now called Ciudad Bolivar, in Venezuela.
Sparkling pina colada rum punch
Ingédients
20 oz pineapple chunks with juice
2 cups coconut rum
Maraschino cherries with a few ounces of juice
2 bottles (750 ml) sparkling white wine
Préparation
In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple chunks with the juice, coconut rum and cherries. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Add the sparkling wine and serve immediately.

Mojito

In a long drink glass (8 ounces) put:
2 teaspoons of sugar,
1/4 juice of a lemon (better squeezed),
mint leaves (macerate the stem with the sugar)
in the glass,
Add ice cubes
Add a little sparkling water (soda) to dilute,
Add 1 1/2 ounces of white rum, (preferably Havana Club 3 years) mix well,
Top up with sparkling water (if necessary).
Préparation
Decorate with mint leaves.
Add a few drops of angostura bitter. (No angoustura is added to the original Mojito).
Serve with stirrers or long spoon, or straw

Mexican Margarita
Ingédients
2 oz tequila or soda
1 oz triple sec or orange juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 C. tbsp margarita salt
A few drops of simple syrup
Préparation
Rub the rim of a glass with lime, then dip it in a small plate covered with margarita salt.
Combine tequila/soda, triple sec/orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
Pass the mixture through a sieve into the frosted margarita salt glass, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy! For an iced option, pour the drink into a blender with ice and mix well.

Melon, mint and lemon non-alcoholic cocktail
Ingédients
a large melon - the riper the better
juice of four lemons two sprigs of mint
ice cream to taste
Préparation
Cool the melon overnight; the next day, take it out of the refrigerator and cut the top to remove the pulp. Using a spoon, separate the pulp and keep it in a mold. Remove all seeds.
Put the melon pulp, lemon juice, mint sprigs and ice into the blender. Mix until the ingredients are well ground. Strain and add this mixture inside the watermelon; Garnish with lemon wedges and a few mint leaves.

Coconut and strawberry daiquiri
Ingédients
2 ounces coconut rum
1 ounce dark spiced rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 ounces frozen strawberries, unsweetened
Whipped cream
Préparation
In a high-powered blender, add the coconut rum, spiced rum, lime juice, sugar and strawberries.
Blend until smooth and creamy, pour into a serving glass and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles (if desired).
