If a towel or card is lost
Report it before checkout and ask for the exact policy in writing. Do not wait until the transfer bus is leaving. Payment methods can be limited, so resolving the issue early avoids unnecessary delays.
Keep towels, cards and family exchanges organized
Store the towel card in a zipped bag or room safe when it is not being used. Families should exchange towels together and count how many were issued. If a towel or card disappears, ask the counter and lost-and-found before accepting a replacement fee.
A towel left on a sunbed does not secure phones, room keys or cash. Respect resort rules for unattended chairs and keep valuables with you.
Bath towels, linens and drying
Room towels and beach towels may use different systems. Keep white bath towels inside the room and report missing, stained or damaged linen to housekeeping early. Do not use hotel linen to clean shoes, makeup or spills.
Humidity can slow drying. Hang wet items where air circulates without covering lamps or blocking vents. A lightweight quick-dry towel, waterproof bag and clips are useful backups for excursions, late departures or temporary shortages.
